Organizational Diagnosis

The purpose of organizational diagnosis is to establish the widely shared understanding of a system and, based on that understanding, to determine whether change is desirable. In the following questionnaire, eight areas are assessed: key task, structure, people relationships, motivation, support, management leadership, attitude toward change and performance.

Asses how far you agree or disagree with the following statements as they apply to you within your own department or section, using seven-point scale, and circling the appropriate number:

1-Strongly Disagree,

2-Disagree,

3-Neutral,

4-Agree,

5-Strongly Agree.

In answering statements, try to be honest as you can. This is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers.

The only correct answer is what you decide yourself.,
